American Pacific Group Promotes Sterling Tai to Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (November 5, 2025) – American Pacific Group (“APG”) announced today that Sterling Tai has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Sterling joined APG in 2022 as Vice President of Finance.
Prior to joining American Pacific Group, Sterling was the Controller and Director of FP&A at Sunstone Partners, a growth-oriented private equity firm focused on technology, where he worked on management company and fund-related finance matters. Prior to Sunstone, Sterling was the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Matthews International Capital Management and held various roles during his tenure there. Sterling received a BA in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Berkeley and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
