Victoria Tucker is a Managing Director, Portfolio Operations at American Pacific Group. She is focused on talent management within APG portfolio companies. Victoria has more than 20 years of experience serving clients on topics such as post-merger integration, learning design, leadership development, performance management, executive coaching, and talent assessment.

Prior to joining APG, she spent over 10 years at McKinsey & Company first as an Organizations-focused Consultant then as the San Francisco Office lead in Professional Development. She has also coached executives in 1-1 and team settings and facilitated large group leadership development programs for Fortune 500 organizations operating in Asia. Victoria started her career as an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and then joined the M&A team at McKesson Corporation. Victoria received a BA from Wesleyan University, where she was Captain of the Women’s Softball team, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

At heart, Victoria is a small-town Pennsylvania girl, but she fully bought into Bay Area life. She can often be found on a ski mountain, hiking trail, tennis court, or trying to keep up with her three very active teenagers, husband, and German shepherd.
